Portfolio Payroll are working with a well-established manufacturing business based in Hull who is looking for a hands-on Management Accountant to join the rapidly growing finance team. This opportunity offers study support for candidates who are ACCA/CIMA/AAT studiers and pay up to £43,000. Reporting to the Financial Controller as a Management Accountant you will be responsible for: * Producing financial statements including P&L accounts, cash flows, variance analysis and commentariesWork with commercial colleagues to produce the budgets and forecasts for the contracts, monitoring performance against agreed targets and KPI'sProvide accurate and meaningful analysis to the Commercial * Manager and supporting data to assist with key decision making at contract level, showing a thorough understanding of the contract * Own month-end, year-end, and budget process. * Aid Product profitability reporting * Financial reporting packs providing flexibility and adaptability based on intelligent use of data * Create and maintain operational KPI reporting pack. * Finance aid for any system implementations. * Ad hoc tasks Experience and Qualifications * Qualified or Part-Qualified (ACA / CIMA / ACCA / AAT or equivalent) * Accounting experience, ideally in a commercial finance role * Intermediate / advanced Excel, Power Point and Word * Problem solving and analytical skills * A continuous improvement mentality with the ability to challenge existing processes * Awareness of Financial Reporting Standards and other developments within global accounting practices and the ability to apply within the company What's on offer * Salary up to £43,000 * Hybrid working * Study support * 25 days holidays plus banks * Bonus scheme * Pension and many more INDPAYN

They are a successful local business and are looking to add a payroll & accounts professional to a customer facing role to be a key part of their business day to day. Our client, a reputable London based property business are looking for a Part-Time Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis. This role will be a sole role working 2 days per week with a chance to increase to 3 days in the future. It will currently be 1 day in the office and 1 day working from home.
