Requirements: * Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or similar role, with hands-on experience in UK payroll. * Strong knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements in the UK. * Experience using a variety of payroll software systems. * Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle high-volume and complex payrolls. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
