* Hours Monday – Thursday 8:30am-6pm, Fridays half day! 8:30am-12:30pm
* Hybrid working 2 days in office, 3 days from home (3 days onsite for first 3 months)
A leading recruitment agency in central London is looking for a skilled Payroll Administrator to join their fantastic team! This is a great opportunity for someone with high-volume payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end payroll processing for 1,200 contractors
* Process timesheets and manage payroll inbox
* Handle billing adjustments and resolve payroll queries
* Provide cover for the Payroll Team Leader and support junior team members
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in recruitment agency payroll (ideal)
* High-volume and multi-currency payroll experience (preferred)
* Strong manual payroll calculation skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
* Approachable, flexible, and able to work under pressure
* You MUST have experience within a recruitment environment – NOT an umbrella company
