Payroll Team Leader

Location: London once a week – fully remote after April

Salary: Circa £42,000 (dependant on experience)

Working Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week

This role is currently once a week in London and then fully remote after April 2025

About the Role

A well-known brand is looking for an exceptional Payroll Team Leader to join their team and manage a team of 2!

If you have supervision experience, processed timesheets and have managed high-volume in-house end-to-end payroll then this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process the payroll from start to finish for approximately 3000 employees
* Manage a team of 2
* Statutory payments
* Check Payroll
* Manage starters/leavers
* Produce and send P45s
* Manage pension and tax
* Parallel runs
* Answering queries
* Bank reconciliations

Requirements:

* Experience processing high-volume, in-house payroll from start to finish.
* Processed timesheets
* Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
* CIPP qualified (desirable)
* ROI end-to-end payroll experience (desirable)
* Highly organised, professional, strong attention to detail, proactive, driven
