We are partnered with a logistics & transport organisation who are currently seeking an Payroll Specialist to join them on an initial 18-24 month FTC.

Sitting within Finance and working closely with HR, this role will be solely responsible for processing the inhouse payroll on a monthly basis from end to end.

Responsibilities include:

* Supporting the design and delivery of a new payroll system
* Maintaining all current payroll processes
* Processing a small director and non-executive director payroll
* Manage the end to end internal payroll process
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to payroll transactions
* Act as a primary point of contact for payroll-related queries

Experience required:

* In-depth knowledge of UK payroll regulations and compliance requirements
* Proficiency in UK payroll software, including Excel
* Experience with a new payroll system implementation is desirable
