Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee the maintenance and monitoring of the time and attendance systems
* Ensuring starters and leavers are processed correctly and in a timely manner
* Oversee and reconcile CIS payments
* Monthly payroll accruals, raise monthly journals
* Monthly HMRC reconciliation –

* Processing of deductions as required
* Ensures that payroll consistently reflects up to date legislation and best practice
* Maintains and improves payroll policies and processes, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Person specification

* Strong communication skills and ability to work with individual across departments
* A fast learner with the ability to prioritise a varied workload and previous experience of a busy environment.
