* Overseeing and managing a team of Payroll administrators
* Delivery of an efficient and timely payroll
* Providing a best in class service to the wider business and developing and driving best practice within the Payroll & Pensions function

Desirable skills and attributes:

* Experienced Payroll & Pensions Manager, Ideally with experience of LGPS
* Management of hybrid teams
* Pensions Management experience
