We are working with an organisation in the manufacturing sector based in West Drayton who are currently seeking an experienced payroll professional to join them on a 12 month FTC.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage the project to outsource the payroll and transition to a new payroll vendor
* Support with the implementation of a new T&A system
* BAU management of the UK payroll & a small EMEA payroll
* Undertake year end procedures
* Manage the pension & liaise with pension providers

Experience required:

* Previous experience of leading on a payroll outsourcing project
* Excellent UK payroll legislation knowledge
* Experience of hourly payroll using a T&A system
* Payroll systems experience – the use of integrated HR & Payroll systems
