A small niche financial services business is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join them on a permanent basis. This role will support the Payroll Manager and sit as part of the wider HR function.

As Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Assit with a monthly payroll processing for c500 employees
* HMRC submission
* Calculating statutory deductions & performing manual calculations when required
* Managing and administering company benefit schemes
* Liaising with benefits providers and brokers
* Launching new schemes, resolving any associated queries
* Supporting with payroll related projects
* Acting as a strong number two for the Payroll Manager
