* Processing a monthly payroll
* Process starters and leavers, calculating statutory payments
* Responsible for inputting data and updating employee records into the ADP system accurately and timely
* Running reports and reconciling the payroll for approval
* Ensuring compliance
* Journals
* Be responsible for payroll data and answer phone queries, resolve problems and provide payroll support
* Working with other departments to gather/provide payroll information in a timely manner
* Support in the day to day running of payroll
Person specification
* Experience using ADP
* Experience using excel
* Good interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail
* Up to date with current payroll legislation
* CIPP qualification in Payroll or equivalent
