Payroll Administrator – Basingstoke
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 (Dependant on your experience)
Hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, 8am-5pm
Wednesday, 8am-1:30pm
Friday, 8am-2pm

The Role
Join a friendly team that processes payroll data for multiple branches, assisting with new starters and leavers, verifying statutory payments and handling payroll inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process payroll for approximately 1,500 employees across designated branches.
* Manage new starters, documentation, payslips, sickness and compliance with payroll regulations.
* Verify and adjust employee hours, apply statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.) and handle tax and bank detail updates.
* P45’s
Requirements:
* Strong Payroll experience with knowledge of PAYE, NI, SSP and SMP
* Experience processing high volume payroll
* Proficient in Microsoft packages
