1st Enable Ltd are seeking a skilled Payroll Manager to lead and manage our payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and punctually. This key role involves close collaboration with our Human Resources and Finance departments, delivering top-tier service while safeguarding sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Based in our Central Support office, you will be working core hours of Monday-Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You will receive 28 days holiday including Bank Holidays, a range of fantastic employee benefits (listed below) and full training and support.

As Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Manage and oversee the end-to-end payroll process for all employees, including salaried, hourly, and contract staff.
* Process mileage and expenses payments
* Address and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly.
* Ensure payroll practices comply with regulations.
* Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings and reports.

Maintain and update payroll systems, software, and related tools.

Prepare and analyse payroll reports for management, including costs, tax liabilities, and benefit contributions.

1st Enable are looking for a minimum of 5 years’ experience in processing large payrolls including hourly paid staff. Qualifications in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred and Chartered Institute of Payroll Professional (CIPP) designation is a plus.

This role may be suited to those with experience as a Payroll Administrator, Payroll Assistant, Payroll Officer, or similar.

This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check paid for by 1st Enable (T&Cs Apply).
