Our client, a market leading engineering business based South of the city of Dublin ius recruiting an exciting head of Payroll position to further strengthen their existing Payroll function. As Head of Payroll , you will report directly into the CFO of a multinational business managing their international payrolls across 17 entities. This role will focus on managing the Payroll function, driving continuous improvement in process and team capability.

* Managing a large and complex Payroll service, managing 3rd party vendor relationships
* Responsibility for driving continuous improvement and managing team capabilities
* Management of relationships with international vendors and incountry managers
