Portfolio Payroll are partnered with a successful global organisation currently seeking a strategic & experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent, full time basis.

Reporting into HR and playing a key part in the core leadership team, this role will manage the daily operations of the large payroll team.

Responsibilities include:

* Lead and support the operation of payroll processing across 30 + EMEA countries
* Involvement in the implementation and migration of new EMEA entities & payroll providers
* Management of a large payroll team – driving the development of the team, carrying out 1:1s & appraisals
* Maintain relationships with payroll vendors throughout EMEA
* Partner with internal and external stakeholders to implement changes
* Provide leadership and support to develop areas for growth & advancement
* Lead on payroll related projects within EMEA

Experience required:

* Extensive experience in a Payroll Management role
* Experience of coordinating multiple EMEA payrolls
* Excellent leadership skills and the ability to drive payroll teams forward
* Experience of managing large payroll teams
