Our client is a true market leader in their field who are looking to further strengthen their Payroll team with the addition of an Payroll Manager. Our client is a leading organisation with a fantastic team and an opportunity to support the manager in leading a small team of processors across a large volume payroll.

Key Duties/Tasks:

* Assisting the manager in all payroll activities
* Drive positive change to current processes, analyse as is and drive a plan for the future of the Payroll function
* Drive efficiencies, system upgrades and role evaluations
* Liaise with key stakeholders as part of the senior management team
* Production of reports and journals
* Providing support on benefit analysis
